and the "hardest-to-measure" positions, ZPG creates company-specific

the ability to create measures and set goals as your competitive

managers and employees directly,
but we prefer to conduct trainer-training to complete
the technology transfer making you completely independent of us.
Providing online training and measurement tools
We can make objective measurement easier with our online, CDROM and paper
job aids. Over two decades of measurement experience are
at your fingertips in our online measurement database. These tools
can be licensed to cost-effectively
make performance measurement as easy as possible for all of your
