Options
In addition
to single-user subscriptions,
QuickMeasures is available as a multiple-user
subscription and a multiple-user intranet
license.
Multiple
User Internet Subscription
If you have several people who need QuickMeasures,
you can purchase multiple usernames and passwords at the following
rates:
- $100/year
for the first user
- $25/user/year
for all additional users
For instance,
if you have 10 managers who need to create goals for their employees,
you could purchase 10 subscriptions for $325/year. $100 for the first
subscription and $225 for the 9 additional subscriptions (9 x $25 =
$225).
- Multiple
users can simultaneously create more-objective performance goals for only pennies per day.
- Hundreds
of employees and managers can reap the benefits of clearer
expectations and more focused feedback immediately.

Multiple User Intranet License
If you want to give everyone
in your organization access to QuickMeasures, and you have an intranet
, you may find it more cost effective to purchase an intranet multiple-user

- For as
little as $2/employee/day you can provide secure, instant access
to QuickMeasures which won't be slowed down by general Internet traffic.
- Your administration
will be simplified because you can add/remove users without contacting
ZPG.
- You'll
be able to make these measurement ideas a seamless part of your existing
online performance management system.
- You can
easily add your own company's measurement examples to QuickMeasures,
giving you ideas that work elsewhere in the organization as well as
fresh ideas from outside.
The annual
cost of the license will vary based on the number of employees
and managers who have access to your intranet. The base cost is $2.00USD/employee/year with a $5,000/year minimum license fee.
Examples:
- The license fee for 1,000 employees would be $5,000/year because the $2/employee fee would not meet the $5,000 minimum.
- An organization with 7,500 employees would pay $15,000/year ($2/employe/year x 7,500 employees).
Intranet
Requirements
To use
the intranet license option you must have the following:
- An intranet
- User workstations
with version 3.0 or higher of Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer.
Microsoft Word is recommended, but not required.
- An intranet
search engine which can search restricted portions of your intranet
- A way
to limit access to your intranet so outside users can't view QuickMeasures
- A webmaster
who can:
- Install
the QuickMeasures HTML files provided by Zigon Performance Group
- Configure
the search engine to search only the measurement examples
- Create
a search index based on the QuickMeasures example files
- Provide
access to all users
- Provide
instructions for how to use your search engine with QuickMeasures
- Provide
instructions for how to access QuickMeasures
